I was wondering about somthing, recently ive been checking out alot of past life things andd on thing ive noticed is that people are more proud of themselves for once being that person then anything, but i havent seen a trace of regret in those people, do we not really regret the people we've killed for a reason? maybe its becaue we havent seen all tht we have done, Is it wrong for me to regret things i no not of? (kinda a strong topic but hey, we're all well knowledeged people here) (Yes i know we cannot dwell on our regrets gentatsu, but its hard not to ; to movie gentatsu and real one) ~_^ lol had to add tht

Not really true. Of course, there is always the fact you need to take things in context. Like in many ancient societies, human sacrifice was seen as necessary to pacify angry gods. Many times, people kill for survival in times of war or social upheaval. It's Kill or be Killed. The same logic that soldiers use to justify killing enemy soldiers on the battlefield since time immemorial.
No, I have no memory of killing anyone in my past lives dreams, except as a tiger. (That taken in context is the course of nature).
Personally, in my past life dreams, I get a feeling of regret at not being able to save that someone or something important to me. Regret at leaving something unsaid, uncompleted. In my culture, having unfinished business or major regrets in a past life results in some memory carried over into this life. Debts owed need to be repaid. That's why souls are reborn instead of passing into Nirvana.

Well instead of regret there would be negative Karma. I probably killed many Choshu. To make up for that I have to learn lessons on my way to Enlightenment (Nirvana or Enlightenment its practically the same). This lifetime I intend to become a healer possibly using kinesiology and other alternative techniques. Killing-->Healer...
My dad says I am pretty close to Enilightnenment especially because I don't sp much Karmic crud and I am alreday very spiritually aware.
I have already have had thousands of PL's and I will continue too. When I become enlightened I will become a boddhisattvah (Help others become Enlightened).

Well I'm not enlightened yet but thanks ^_^. By Boddhisattvah I mean a person who would come in to someones life very personally (like a brother or something) and help progress their life to enlightenment.

whoa...strong topic here....
I do regret things I didn't do at that moment or things that were left unsaid. I hate having that feeling but I have to move on. Its like a lesson for me. So whenever I have something poking my mind I just say it or do it.
In my dreams, well I don't think I dream about regreting something but I do dream 'bout having a peaceful life in a very nature-like environment, but there's time that I dream that I'm being killed or a saw someone very dear to me die. I wonder what that means sometimes...I'm don't get scare of this dreams...But yeah...that's why I'm becoming a nurse. I love helping people get well and giving them advices for li'colds or things like that.
I sometimes too wonder what I was in the past life...I would like to know...
