Due to complains of misinformation, miscommunication and mistakes between various departments of our organization. I, Chief Kondo, have hereby authorised this place for the posting of notices to update our members on the rules, regulations and any other relevant affairs.
(Okay, feel free to post any notice on this thread as your RPG character. An example below:)
From the Finance Dept to all persons:
We remind you that the Yagi compound is RENTED. Men are reminded NOT to damage the property in any manner.
DO NOT rip doors off closets for any reason what so ever.
DO NOT put your sparring partner through the shoji. Let's keep it friendly, okay?
DO NOT rip doors off a certain captain's quarters. Similarly, do NOT spear the ceilings in the said captain's room. Er, this applies to all rooms.
DO NOT ride horses recklessly through compound and Ayu-nee's veggie garden. Not even if you are fleeing from a sword-wielding guy whose haiku book you just stole.

NOTICE:  All captains are reminded that copies of the Internal Regulations MUST be posted in each patrol's quarters. You are encouraged to go over these regulations DAILY and I strongly emphasize the following articles. Article 1: Everyone shall behave according to Bushido at all times. Article 2: Desertion shall not be permitted. In addition, *certain* persons who are inclined to spend their off-days in gambling dens are reminded to refer to the article pertaining to the private raising of funds and the punishment it entails. P.S. A *certain* captain is reminded not to use the notice board for the blatant display of other person's haikus. ;D |

No personal quarrels.
Members are not to engage in petty personal fights under any circumstances. Captains and executive personale are to set an example. Come on, we can all get along, right? 
- Chief Kondo (Demon Hijikata glaring at Advisor Itou as they pass each other in front of this notice board. Hijikata: Must find an excuse to get rid of him... ;D)

(Kondo considered the doctor's suggestion. They were having an alarming rate of casualties lately. In particular, someone in a certain patrol seemed to be returning from his mission with internal injuries...  ) NOTICE:
At Dr Matsumoto's suggestion, we will be holding a basic first-aid course in June. The course will take place in training dojo 1 every Tuesday and Thursday nights. The following persons are strongly encouraged to attend & exceptions from your regular duties will be made.
Other interested parties are to seek prior written permission from Hijikata-san or your captain. Dr Matsumoto is also seeking a disciple from the class to be trained as a full doctor.

After much consideration, reading fortunes & such for soba will not amount to moonlighting if the soba is given out of gratitude & not solicited.

To my patrol,
Quit treating me as if I'm invisible! I'm very upset you forgot my share of soba last Tuesday. I'm miffed on the last raid we went on, you guys forgot I was still in that inn & returned to barracks without me. And I do not find those jokes about me, cracked in my presence, amusing. Desist or I predict a very painful time for you!

Okita, remember to take your cold medicine. Toshizou & I can't be checking to make sure you follow Dr Matsumoto's instructions all the time, ok?
And don't run about too much until you get better. Especially no tag with the orphans at our local orphanage.
